Our two-week program is designed specifically for busy individuals who want to develop new skills and practice them before returning home. This program is rated very high among women who have big goals for long-term success but have limited time. Time wise this program is often a more realistic choice.

The one and two week programs offer the same medical evaluation, individual assessments, classes, and daily activities as the three and four-week program.However, the schedule is more condensed and focuses more on education with limited practicas and experience due to shorter stay.

The program includes:

• Medical evaluation, including laboratory tests
• Fitness evaluation
• Individual consultations with health psychology, fitness, and nutrition staff
• Weekly review sessions with professional staff
• Lectures on topics in nutrition, fitness, health psychology, and medicine
• Nourishing, healthy meals and healthy snacks and cold pressed fruit and vegetable drinks
• Cooking demonstrations and a grocery store tour
• Daily access Medicinal thermal water bath, 7-14 nights of accommodation with the chosen dining, the use of the bath- and wellness department of the hotel (sauna, infrasauna, steambath, whirlpool, thermal pools, child pool, during summer swimming pool, fitness equipment), bathrobe, free animation programs.
